Shipment processing time
Orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours, providing items are not on back-order. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or legal holidays.
Processing and shipping times are subject to weather conditions or any other natural emergencies that are beyond smartmedsolutions.com’s control. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping rates & carrier partners
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Our built-in rate checker will find the best rates for your order size and weight.
If we see that it is possible to deliver your order faster than the carrier you have selected, we may choose a different carrier at no extra cost.
We commonly work with the following logistics providers:
Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
Deliveries to continental US for qualifying* items totalling over $500 will receive free shipping. If all or part of your order qualifies for free shipping, this option will become available in the checkout.
*Items qualifying for free shipping will be indicated on the product page.
Residential delivery charge
Deliveries to residential addresses will incur a $10 fee to cover extra carrier charges. This is separate from regular shipping charges and will be applied to all orders, regardless of whether they qualify for free shipping or not.
Shipment to P.O. boxes
Smartmedsolutions.com does not ship to PO boxes.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). Shipments with Smart Medical Solutions proprietary delivery service.
Click and pick
All orders are available for pick up free of charge from Monday-Thursday, 9am – 5pm, and Fridays, 9am – 2pm, excluding legal holidays. Please make sure you select this option in the checkout and allow a minimum of 24 hours for us to prepare your order.

Customs, Duties and Taxes
Smartmedsolutions.com is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
All customs fees will be received by smartmedsolutions.com and forwarded to the customer. The customer must then contact customs directly to pay any outstanding charges.
If a customer receives an order* with damaged goods they must notify smartmedsolutions.com within 24 hours of receiving the goods.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
* If a customer provides their own shipping label, Smartmedsolutions.com will not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Smartmedsolutions.com does not currently provide an international shipping option. If an international customer would like to arrange shipping and provide their own shipping labels smartmedsolutions.com will prepare your order for shipment.

All returns must be requested within the following timeframes:
To qualify for a refund or exchange, products must be returned in the same condition they were received, sealed and with complete with labels and packaging.
Any return for non-defective/faulty products will incur a 15% restocking fee.
We will cover return expenses for all orders with defective/faulty products and the restocking fee will not be applied.
Returns will not be accepted for any medication products.
